The short version. Arrows In! has no accounts, so there is no account to close. Almost everything the Game knows about you lives on your phone, and you can erase it yourself in a minute. For the small amount of data held by Google services, you can write to us and we will delete what can be linked to your device.
1. Erase the data on your device
Your progress, crowns, settings and stock of hints and undo refills are stored only on your device. To delete them:
- Android: open Settings → Apps → Arrows In! → Storage and tap Clear storage, or uninstall the Game.
- iOS: uninstall the Game (press and hold its icon, then Remove App → Delete App). “Offload App” keeps the data, so choose Delete.
This is immediate and permanent: we keep no copy we could restore. One-time purchases — “No ads” and board themes — are held by the app store, not by the Game, and come back with Settings → Restore purchases if you install the Game again.
2. Ask us to delete the data held by Google services
The Game uses Google AdMob for ads, Google Firebase for usage statistics and crash reports, and RevenueCat to verify purchases. They work with random device identifiers, not with your name or email. To ask for that data to be deleted:
- Write to tieriekhova.dariia@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my data — Arrows In!”.
- Tell us your device model and roughly when you last played. You do not need to send anything else, and we will never ask for a password or payment details.
- We reply within 30 days. We will delete, through Google’s deletion tools, the statistics and crash reports we can link to your device, and tell you honestly what we could and could not find.
Because there are no accounts, we usually cannot identify a particular player in Google’s data, and we will not collect extra information just to search for you. These steps always work on their own:
- Advertising data: reset or delete your advertising ID — on Android in Settings → Privacy → Ads, on iOS by turning off Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking for the Game. This breaks the link between past ad data and your device.
- Future collection: in regions where the Game asks for consent, withdraw it in Settings → Privacy options inside the Game.
3. What is deleted and what is kept
| Data | What happens |
|---|---|
| Progress, crowns, settings, hints and undo refills on your device | Deleted by you, immediately and permanently (section 1). |
| Usage statistics (Firebase Analytics) | Deleted on request where we can link them to your device; otherwise deleted automatically after at most 14 months. |
| Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics) | Deleted on request where we can link them to your device; otherwise deleted automatically after at most 90 days. |
| Advertising data (Google AdMob) | Held by Google under its own policy; resetting your advertising ID unlinks it from your device. Manage it at myadcenter.google.com. |
| Purchase records | Kept by Apple or Google as their terms and tax law require. The copy held for us by RevenueCat, linked to a random installation identifier, is deleted on request where tax and accounting law allow. |
| Your email to us | Kept for up to two years, then deleted. Tell us if you want it deleted sooner. |
More detail is in the Privacy Policy, sections 3, 4, 8 and 10.
